LaundryACE is a cloud-based software platform designed to help laundry businesses manage operations such as:

• Billing and invoicing
• Pickup and delivery tracking
• Item tagging and inventory

2. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of LaundryACE require a paid subscription. Subscription fees must be paid in advance according to the selected plan.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the system
• Upload malicious software
• Copy or reverse engineer the software

5. Service Availability

While we aim to maintain uninterrupted service, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party service failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

LaundryACE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including business losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and technology related to LaundryACE remain the intellectual property of Ivory Technologies Pvt Ltd.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
