LaundryACE provides subscription-based software services for laundry businesses. This policy outlines our refund terms.

1. Subscription Services

LaundryACE operates as a subscription-based software platform. Access to the service is granted only after successful payment of the subscription fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to a system or payment gateway error
• Payment processed but account not activated
• Incorrect billing or technical error during payment

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after subscription activation
• Partial use of the subscription period
• Failure to cancel subscription before renewal
• Incorrect configuration or misuse of the software

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but the current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used for the transaction.
